Triangle Lifestyle Center is dedicated to our community... Through various workshops, seminars, studies and lifestyle counseling we offer support and guidance. We aim to provide not only information about healthier living but the means to obtain a healthier lifestyle as well. Support is key in any transition and TLC understands that.

We would encourage anyone seeking to make a change in their diet, lifestyle or regiment to consult us. TLC seeks to provide, if nothing else, a sounding board for your questions about living better and feeling healthier.

A place to gather...

The facility, an answered prayer, has given us a chance to more fully embody the ministry that TLC stands for. Two floors with space to grow, this one-time church has transformed nicely for our purposes. Even as you walk into our main meeting room which was once the sanctuary, you can still feel the reverence of the room as the glow of the stained glass windows spills into the rows of pews. It truly is a solemn place to gather your thoughts, to pray and to grow.

In the basement below, however is where the volunteers and site staff spend most of their time in preparation for seminars, classes, working the store and organizing the Food CO-OP. With a full kitchen, dining/classroom space complete with a wrap around counter, tables, appliances and more, the finished basement serves as the neurocenter, as they say. It is not often that one can walk into TLC and not smell the aroma's of freshly baked bread, boiling soups or newly ground peanut butter wafting through the air during business hours. There are plans for more to come.

Truly the best part of walking in to TLC would have to be the smiling faces and warm greetings. Whether attending a health class or picking up your produce, you are part of the family!

What it is that we offer...

TLC, above all is a resource. Whether ailing or just seeking more information on something you heard, that is why we are here. We seek to help as little or as much as you choose and there is never any obligation of any kind. Like a library for health, the center is truly what you make us.
