Walnut Patties or Vegi-Balls

4c        bread crumbs, whole wheat, ground
1c        walnuts, ground
1 sm.    onion, chopped
½ med. green pepper, diced
1can     tomato paste (6oz.)
5-6T     Braggs Liquid Aminos
2T        nutritional yeast flakes
1t         salt
1t         onion, powder
1t         garlic, powder

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, add a little water to make the mixture moist not to soggy.  Form into patties or vegi-balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes for patties; turn patties over halfway through the baking time.  Bake 20- 25 minutes for vegi-balls.  Note: Yields 6 patties or 12 vegi-balls.
